OMG. I can relate to this. Went to replace my Macbook battery some weeks ago, when I got home, I realised my keyboard was bad — it worked at the store, but weirdly didn’t work when I got home. Went back and they said it’s not them, and with the way battery replacement works, it could never be them, when clearlyyyyyyy the battery is very close to the keyboard connector. Ended up paying extra 25K for a new keyboard. I almost cried. 😭😭
